Couples coaching is typically more purposeful and action-based, focusing on the present and future (although gathering past information is often necessary). It helps couples develop specific skills and strategies to enhance their relationship and put safeguards in place. In contrast, couples therapy often delves deeper into emotional healing and resolving past issues. It may address mental health concerns and deeply rooted patterns in the relationship. Couples Therapy often delves into a couple’s past and psychological issues (diagnosis) to understand and resolve deep-seated conflicts and emotional pain such as childhood woods and past trauma that may be impacting the relationship.

of couples coaching varies depending on the unique needs and goals of each couple. Generally, couples might start seeing improvements in their relationship within 6 to 12 sessions. However, some may benefit from a longer process, especially if they are working through more complex or deeply rooted issues. Each session typically lasts about 60 minutes, and we recommend weekly sessions to maintain momentum and effectively apply new skills. However, Barbara does not require a set number or frequency, she respects your decision to make decision that are best for you. Some clients only need one session and quarterly check-ins. Remember, the length of coaching is a collaborative decision, with the goal of ensuring your coaching goals are met.
Yes, all coaching sessions are conducted in a private and secure manner. Whether the sessions are in person, over the phone, or online, we ensure that they are confidential.
Your information is securely archived and stored according to our data retention policies. If you wish for your information to be deleted, you can request this, and we will comply with your request.

Absolutely. Your privacy and confidentiality are of the utmost importance to us. We have strict policies and procedures in place to ensure that all your personal information and the details of your coaching sessions are kept secure and private.

Insurance is not accepted; the acceptable forms of payments are all major Credit/Debit cards.

  • Pay as you go individual sessions are $250/1-hour session.
  • Tailored couples coaching packages vary based on your specific needs.
  • All fees and packages include weekly check-in and access between sessions.
